I created this website to share resources that help me.  I had post-natal depression and anxiety after both children, and with much help and support my life has become so much better. I now feel blessed that I sometimes struggle with it, because it has helped me rely more on God.  I need Him every day.  Recognising my sinful old nature and seeing Jesus’ sacrifice where He carried everyone’s anxiety and depression on the cross (see Isaiah chapter 53, and Matthew chapter 27 in the Holy Bible) is a huge part of what helps me and gives me peace.  Preventative health things help too – like healthy food, exercise and water. I also need family, friends, church and community.
